Harvey and Esther lived through some very tough times. They never had much money. When they left this earth they were financially poor. But they were unmistakably, very wealthy people. They left a legacy that has profoundly affected their children and their children's children.

A legacy of Christian love, of happiness, of strength in times of adversity, of honesty, of truly caring for those around you and an understanding of the value of hard work and the ability to enjoy hard work with a cheerful demeanor. Wealthy indeed!

Harvey and Esther were common people with weaknesses and frailties just like anyone else. But they were uncommon people in the way they loved, nurtured, and taught their children.
